AustriAlpin KR43H-XS RONDO BLACK anodized aluminum HMS carabiner for ropes with automatic slide autlock + Selfie
Description
Aluminium carabiner for ropes.
The HMS RONDO carabiner meets all expectations regarding easy handling and tangible safety.
The HMS RONDO is equipped with the fastest locking mechanism worldwide – the Slide Autolock! The Slide Autolock can be opened easily by just pressing the embedded brass slider. The gate automatically locks when releasing the slider. Through the embedded positioning of the button, it’s nearly impossible to open the gate unintendedly. Especially users who are looking for an easy-to-use and safe carabiner will love the HMS RONDO Slide Autolock.
The design of the carabiner prevents the build up of sharp edges from rope friction. The round profile allows for fluid rope management and the Selfie twist protection which keeps the carabiner in place on the belay loop make the HMS RONDO the ideal carabiner for the use on a harness.
The HMS RONDO Slide Autolock Selfie is hart coated, a specialized anodized coating. Thanks to its double strength and higher base-hardness, this coating offers higher robustness and therefore a much longer lifetime - perfect for frequent use
AustriAlpin carabiners are made entirely in Austria - these are the highest quality solutions and materials, as well as guaranteed durability and longevity. All carabiners are tested during production.

Rules for caring for the carabiner:
Clean muddy/dirty carabiners with clean water, a washcloth and/or a soft brush.
Air Dry - Never dry on a strong heat source.
Every gear component where metal rubs against metal needs lubrication to keep it running smoothly. For carabiners, dry lubricant should be used instead of oil as commercially available oil will cause dust and dirt to build up. Grease should be applied to all holes when the carabiner is in both open and closed positions. Especially important: After use near or in the sea (where there is a high concentration of salt in the air and water), clean the carabiner immediately to avoid salt damage to the metal of the carabiner.
