Description
ATTENTION! Custom-made belts, in accordance with the Act of Law from 30 May 2014 of consumer rights (Article 38 point 1 and point 3) and the store's regulations, are not exchangeable or returnable. Please be very thoughtful with making of the order and accurate measurement of the necessary parameters.
We do not send such belts with the "cash on delivery" payment method selected at the end of the order.
In the basic selection of this product (without additional options) you get:
- order handling,
- tape 145 cm long - after sewing 130 cm,
- sewing the buckle exactly as in the Combat belt,
- manual user instructions,
- package,
- preparation of shipment.
Required fields and available options:
* 1. Confirmation of selecting the buckle and placing it in the basket (required field):
Please confirm that you have already selected the buckle and put it in the basket, we cannot sew the belt without it. If you haven't done so, you can do it later, but please don't forget it.
* 2. Selection of the tape matched to the size of the buckle (required field):
The tapes have different stiffness, to get an idea of what's going on, we divided them as follows:
- medium-stiff plus - the tape prepared for the needs of Bayonet, the ribbed structure of weaving strengthens the vertical stiffness by 50% compared to the standard medium-stiff tape and ensures comfortable fitting on the body. Better keeping the belt in the buckle (no loosening effect after reducing the belt tension in the buckle self-locking device) is paid for with a slightly more difficult adjustment. We do not sew soft R&B windows from this tape, we are not able to bend it to fold the window,
- medium-stiff - a tape ideal for attaching a holster for light weapons, magazines, radio stations or knife scabbards, multitool sheaths, suitable for everyday wear in trousers, a successful compromise between usability and comfort,
- soft - a tape that gives a sense of comfort, fits perfectly around the waist, is not suitable for attaching accessories, ideal for light trousers, short shorts and for more delicate applications, even with a suit.
3. Increasing belt stiffness in the indicated circumference:
The belt will be sewn from 2 layers of medium-rigid tape (choose this type of tape only) around the entire circumference in accordance with the selected size. Stitched 5x along the length of the Thirdline belts, thanks to which it is so stiff that it does not bend under the weight of weapons and gear, even under heavy loads. Due to the sufficient stiffness, there is no sewn-in plastic stiffener that breaks or cuts the threads over time. We do not use trimmings that wear quickly at the edge of the belt. It is sewn in such a way that it will serve and look neat for a long time.
Before choosing this option, measure carefully with a tape measure or a piece of string and measure the string with a ruler. Do not provide information about the size of the pants as it is often very inaccurate. We will make the optimal length of a rigid belt that allows you to adjust -5 + 10cm from the indicated circumference.
If you need an individual size, select the appropriate option and enter the measured belt size in the comments.
4. Velcro at the end of the belt in the selected size:
We sew Velcro on the adjustable end of the belt (hard-hooks) and on the main belt (soft-loops). 15cm adjustment requires 30cm velcro loops and 8cm velcro hooks.
Before choosing this option, measure carefully with a tape measure or a piece of string and measure the string with a ruler. Do not provide information about the size of the pants as it is often very inaccurate. We will make the optimal length of a rigid belt that allows you to adjust -5 + 10cm from the indicated circumference.

5. Holder for D-ring: :
The strap holding the Cobra buckle D-ring - adding a strap with Velcro holding the ear to the belt. In our opinion, it is not necessary, but some customers asked for such an option, so we added it. This option only makes sense and justification when adding the Cobra® Pro Style 18kN D-ring buckle to your shopping cart.
6. Lining of the main belt with Velcro along its entire length:
We can sewn the main belt with the Velcro inside with a selected type soft loops or hard hooks on the all non-adjustable part. If you didn't select the belt size before, please provide the actual measured circumference as option or write in cm in the NOTES. If you selected Velcro hooks inside, this makes impossible to sew the PALLS / MOLLE cells oustise the belt, due to the construction of the sewing machine and the thread tightening technique. There will be knots formed at the bottom of the Velcro hooks and such sewing is not correct (though of some Producers make this).
7. Inner belt with the selected size:
The inner belt is made of 38mm soft tape with a hard or soft Velcro sewn on the outside (hooks or loops) to be used around the entire circumference. Passed through a simple frame and fastened with Velcro to allow a slight tightening at the waist. Can be used as a standalone trouser belt. Size we will choose according to the size of the main belt.
8. PALS webbing for MOLLE cells:
We sewn PALLS / MOLLE cells made from double laminated Cordura, on the circumference of the belt from the outside, as in the Assault belts. The maximum length of the PALLS / MOLLE is the indicated size of the belt reduced of 35 cm, which is occupied by Velcro (at end of belts) and the buckle.
