A belt that is the sum of our experience, extensive knowledge and the knowledge of our belt users, gathered over 9 years. It is also a milestone in the technological development of Bayonet, thanks to the use of specialized machines for individual stitching.

The main, outer belt, sewn from 2 layers of 45mm wide polyamide tape with a strength of 20kN, is stiff, but not excessively so, allows for a good fit to the figure of the person wearing the belt, does not create a "steel hoop". The stiffness of the main belt allows for convenient attachment of the outer belt to the inner belt using Velcro®, even if the main belt is loaded with ammunition pouches and light equipment. Due to the lack of plastic stiffeners, the belt will never break or permanently deform.

On the outside of the main belt, almost along its entire length, polyamide webbing with a strength of 6kN is sewn in the PALS (Pouch Attachment Ladder System) system for the MOLLE (Modular Lightweight Load-bearing Equipment) system. Unlike Cordura, polyamide webbing provides much greater strength and better resistance to abrasion, tearing and dirt. A specially prepared machine, sewing PALS webbing with very strong latches, allows a single cell to be loaded with a weight of up to 20kg. A flat and smooth space with a width of 25mm between PALS cells facilitates convenient splicing of pouches and accessories. It is noticeably easier than in the case of flat Cordura laser cutouts.

The compression (rolling) system of the adjustable end of the main belt takes up only a small space next to the Cobra® D-Ring buckle. Thanks to this, PALS cells are available almost all around the belt. The Velcro-fastened holder holding the adjustable belt end is much more durable than the commonly used rubber loop. The holder also allows for much easier adjustment of the belt length than a rubber loop. Thanks to the possibility of disconnecting the holder from the belt, you can easily put on a pistol holster and other accessories that slide on the belt.

VERY IMPORTANT! The adjustable belt end tape is braided on the buckle in the correct way, in accordance with the recommendations of the Cobra® buckle manufacturer. The belt adjustment range is 15cm, please measure your belt circumference carefully before purchasing, the size should be selected by fitting your size into the selected size range.

The inner belt is made of 38mm soft tape with Velcro sewn on the outside for use around the entire circumference. It is put through a simple frame and fastened with Velcro to allow for a slight tightening at the waist. It can be used as a stand-alone trouser belt, but it will not replace a good belt with a Cobra buckle.

Safety

Despite the use of specialist sewing, the best threads on the market with certified strength, a certified buckle and a certified tape, it is prohibited to use the belt for belaying and rescue purposes.The belt has not been tested to issue a "CE" safety certificate. This is primarily due to the requirements of the standard PL-EN 358:2002 Personal protective equipment for positioning during work and preventing falls from a height, in order to the belts must be at least 8 cm wide along their entire length or 10 cm in the lumbar region, which automatically excludes the use of such a belt for trousers and carrying holsters and ammunition pouches.

User notes

The belt can be washed by hand or in a washing machine, in a delicate liquid, at a temperature of 40 degrees Celsius, without spinning, without softeners. Dry flat in a lying position, in a ventilated room, at room temperature. Do not dry in the sun or in an automatic dryer. IMPORTANT! Hard Velcro (hooks) can cause damage to clothes washed together with the belt, the Velcro hooks should be completely covered with soft Velcro during washing. The metal buckle can cause damage to the drum and other elements inside the washing machine, it should be secured with soft elements of clothing. Hard Velcro (hooks) should be cleaned from threads and hairs from time to time to maintain its bonding properties, the lifespan declared by the manufacturer does not include dirt and damage resulting from normal use.

We improve our products

Due to small-scale production, individual elements of the set may differ slightly from those shown in the photos, the differences may concern e.g. the label, the method of sewing. We listen to the comments of our customers and improve small elements, without affecting the overall functionality of the product.

Aesthetics of buckles

Buckles are tools and are sent by the factory in bulk packaging without protection. There may be minimal errors in coloring, small scratches or micro bruises. We eliminate larger defects by returning the buckles to the factory. We strive to ensure that our belts are of the highest quality also in terms of aesthetics.
