Rules for B2B Customers
1. General conditons
1.1. These terms and conditions define the rules for using the B2B (Business to Business) functionality available in our online store.
1.2. The B2B functionality is intended solely for businesses that have been verified and granted B2B customer status.
1.3. Use of the B2B functionality constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
1.4. The B2B price offer presents prices updated weekly at the exchange currency rates on the date of the update. In the event of significant differences between the price proposed in the B2B offer and the price converted using the current exchange rates according to the National Bank of Poland (NBP), the prices on the invoice may change.
1.5. In the event of an overpayment indicated on the invoice, the difference in price will be refunded to your account. In the event of an underpayment indicated on the invoice, the order will be shipped after the difference in price has been paid.
2. B2B Customer Account
2.1. Access to B2B functionality is only possible after logging in to the account of a user who has been granted B2B customer status.
2.2. To obtain B2B customer status, please contact the store support to verify your business activity.
2.3. The store reserves the right to refuse to grant B2B customer status without providing a reason.
2.4. The store may revoke B2B customer status in the event of a violation of these Terms and Conditions or the Store's Terms of Use.
2.5. Having a B2B account requires consent to receive messages sent via the Newsletter.
2.6. Disgreement to consent to receiving newsletter messages will result in the removal of your account's B2B customer status.
3. Discount system for B2B customers
3.1. B2B customers automatically receive discounts on products available in the store as part of B2B cooperation.
3.2. The discount is calculated automatically after logging in to your account with B2B customer privileges.
3.3. Prices with the B2B discount are limited by quantities for each product.
3.4. The B2B discount cannot be combined with other promotions, special offers, or discount codes, unless expressly stated otherwise.
3.5. Discount thresholds - maximum discount without additional discounts on a single product identified by product code or GTIN:
- AustriAlpin products - 24% minimum order of 10 pcs.
- Kong products - 24% minimum order of 10 pcs.
- Bayonet products - 35% minimum order of 10 pcs. universal belts and 5 pcs. belts in sizes.
4. Minimum Order Quantity limitations
4.1. Minimum order quantities apply to products for B2B customers.
4.2. Information about the minimum order quantity is clearly visible on the product page in the "Minimum Order Quantity" section.
4.3. The system automatically prevents adding less than the required minimum quantity to the cart.
4.4. If stock levels are lower than the specified minimum order quantity, the system will automatically adjust the minimum to the currently available product quantity.
4.5. The product quantity selection field on the page will automatically be set to the minimum required quantity or to the available stock if it is lower than the minimum quantity.
4.6. For products with a specified minimum order quantity, the standard stock information may be hidden.
4.7. In the event of system errors or if the minimum order quantity of 10 units is not set, the placed order will be increased to the minimum quantity on the invoice. Failure to agree to an increase in the product quantity will result in the order being canceled.
5. Orders
5.1. Orders placed by B2B customers are subject to the same terms and conditions as for other customers, subject to the special conditions described in these terms and conditions.
5.2. B2B customers are required to comply with the minimum order quantities specified for individual products.
5.3. The Store reserves the right to verify and potentially cancel any order placed in violation of the rules set forth in these Terms and Conditions.
6. Final information
6.1. The Store reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect on the date they are published on the Store's website.
6.2. B2B customers will be informed of changes to these Terms and Conditions via email or Newsletter.
6.3. In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law and the Store's general Terms and Conditions shall apply.
6.4. These Terms and Conditions take effect on the date they are published on the Store's website.
